- Order Delivery: We provide order delivery services within a 5-mile radius from our restaurant, and this service has a cost of $5 (we reserve the right to change this price at any time on our payment platform). You also understand and agree that:
- For deliveries beyond a 5-mile radius, an additional charge will apply based on the distance. The exact cost of the additional delivery service will be indicated during the ordering process.
- The Driver cannot wait for you, and we appreciate your prompt attention upon the arrival of your order.
- If payment is to be made upon delivery, and you are not present to make the payment, we are not obligated to leave the order.
- If you have paid through our platform and are not present or do not answer the door, we will leave your order in a secure area in front of your door or entrance to your house or parking area. We will mark the order as completed and send you a text message.
- We are not responsible for errors in the delivery addresses you provide. We kindly request that you carefully review the delivery address to avoid delays, inconvenience, and confusion in deliveries.
- Gratuities: Tips are not included in the delivery service charges. We appreciate your inclusion of tips when placing your online order or paying the driver upon delivery. Please note that drivers selected as “Pay on Delivery” do not carry change. We appreciate exact payment at the time of delivery.
- In-Store Pickup: You can pick up your order at our premises at no additional cost. You can also pay on-site if you indicate this at the time of purchase using the Site. Please note that if you are outside our delivery area, only the Local Pickup option will appear when purchasing on the website.
Disclaimer for Allergies and Potentially Allergenic Ingredients
Our products may contain ingredients such as shrimp, squid, fish, and other potentially allergenic items (Eggs, gluten, milk, peanuts, nuts, etc.). If you have food allergies or concerns about ingredients, we strongly recommend that you contact us before placing your order. We will make every effort to provide accurate ingredient information, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food. Therefore, the responsibility and final decision to consume our products are entirely yours.
